Return Policy

As previously stated on our homepage, we are a consumer electronics store that is a discount distributor of high-end top-quality consumer electronics. Some of the merchandise from our consumer electronics store may not be able to be warranted by the original manufacturer. All of our manufacturers have an excellent reputation and are allowing us to distribute consumer electronics to you at a rock bottom price while giving you the very best high-end merchandise . Many online distributors lose millions of dollars due to return policies that are far less than prudent. Some even have to file bankruptcy because of wasting money unnecessarily. Our return policies will allow us to be in business for a long time. We want your business forever. We will save you and your family a lot money.The ongoing return policy structure we emphasize allows you to access the very best in technology inexpensively. As a result of our manufacturers compliance with our demands to keep their prices down consistantly they frown on returns, it cost them, you, and us money. If you find a product with a lower price advertised somewhere else contact us at once. We will verify your findings and we may be able to offer you a better price. We will give you swift and excellent service. However, we do not want to encourage frivolous buying  patterns from our customers and clientele including but not limited to intentionally shipping back non-defective or operational merchandise. Our return policy will be as the follows:

 

  1. If the products you recieve are defective or broken, i.e disfunctional, we

     

    will allow you to return the items within three (3) days from the date and time of reciept (72 hours).

     

  2. Within the 72 hour period, you will need you to notify us by email, fax, or telephone that you are returning the merchandise and the reason for returning it.
  3. We will email you a shipping label upon recieving confirmation of your intent to return your item(s).You will have to ship the merchandise back at your own expense
  4. Upon reciept and verification that the merchandise is defective we will ship you the same product if available or give you a store credit of the same amount to purchase as you will. At that point we will re-ship the product of your choice at no cost to you.
